This notice explains the personal information Pattaya Condo Care may collect, why we use it and when it may be shared.
1. Who this notice covers
This notice applies to customers, prospective customers, service providers and other people who contact Pattaya Condo Care through the website or in connection with a service request.
2. Information we may collect
Customers
- Name and contact details such as email, phone, LINE or WhatsApp information.
- Requested service, Pattaya area, preferred date and job description.
- General access or building-coordination information you choose to provide.
- Messages, complaints, feedback and records relating to a request.
Providers
- Business or trading name, contact details and service category.
- Service areas, business description and information supplied during approval.
- Status, notes and records relating to jobs or complaints.
Technical information
Our hosting, security and infrastructure providers may generate ordinary server or security logs such as IP address, browser information, timestamps and request logs.
3. Please do not submit sensitive access codes
Do not enter door PINs, safe combinations, alarm codes, hidden-key locations, passwords or other high-risk security information into the website forms. If secure access information is genuinely needed, arrange it after the service is confirmed using an appropriate direct channel.
4. Why we use information
- To receive, review and coordinate service requests.
- To contact customers and providers about requests, availability, access and completion.
- To review, approve and administer provider registrations.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the platform.
- To handle complaints, disputes and support requests.
- To comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
5. When information may be shared
We may share relevant request information with a provider where it is reasonably necessary to assess or perform a job. We aim to limit what is shared to what that provider needs.
Information may also be handled by hosting, email, security or other service providers that support the platform, and may be disclosed where required by law or a competent authority.
We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
6. International processing
Some technology or communications providers may process information outside Thailand. Where cross-border processing applies, we will take reasonable steps appropriate to the service and applicable privacy requirements.
7. Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the service, support, security, record-keeping and legal purposes for which it was collected. When information is no longer required, we may delete, destroy or de-identify it where appropriate.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, and to withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the size and stage of the service. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so customers and providers should also avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

The current MVP does not intentionally use advertising cookies. If analytics, advertising, payment or additional tracking tools are introduced, this notice and any cookie controls should be updated before those tools are used.

We may update this Privacy Notice as the platform develops or privacy requirements change. The current version and last-updated date will be published here.
